       The oil embryo or pre-pressed cake is immersed in the selected solvent to dissolve the grease in the solvent to form a mixed oil, and then the mixed oil is separated from the solid residue (meal), and the mixed oil is evaporated and stripped according to different boiling points. The solvent is vaporized into vapor and separated from the oil to obtain grease, which is also called leaching crude oil. The solvent vapor is condensed, cooled and recovered and then reused. The meal also contains the required amount of solvent. After desolventizing and drying, the dried meal is obtained. The solvent vapor volatilized during desolventizing and drying is still condensed and cooled for recycling.

  According to the contact method, the leaching oil process can be divided into immersion leaching, spray leaching and mixed leaching
