  The solvent loss of the leaching equipment is not only related to the production cost and property safety of the enterprise, but also related to the health of the operators and environmental protection. In the production process, the reasons for the high solvent consumption include equipment leakage, gas discharge, waste water discharge, and meal removal. According to these reasons, the following aspects can be used to reduce solvent consumption.

   1. Equipment leakage.

Strictly prevent leakage of equipment, pipes, and mesh doors; gaskets should be added to flanges, sight glasses, and entrance holes, and should be replaced regularly; pump shaft heads and drive shaft heads should be sealed, and corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant Materials and their sealing conditions should be checked frequently; prevent accidents and minimize the number of maintenance of leaching equipment; ensure that the equipment is produced under negative pressure; prevent sudden power failure and water cut; try to choose a solvent with a low boiling point range.

  2. With regard to air discharge.

  ① Frequently check the solvent content in the exhaust gas of the absorption equipment, and deal with any problems in time.

  ②If the paraffin absorption method is used, the absorption oil should be kept clean, and the replacement period should be specified according to the use situation to ensure a good absorption effect.

  ③Using the low-temperature freezing method, the normal operation of the freezer should be maintained, so that the brine can maintain a sufficient low temperature, and ensure that the brine and the exhaust gas have enough time to contact.

   3. With regard to the discharge of waste water.

  ①Reduce the temperature of the condensate, thereby reducing the solubility of the agent in water

  ②Prevent the emulsification of the condensate. When the condensate is mixed with oil or meal powder, it is easy to cause solvent emulsification. Therefore, when drying the meal, try to prevent the meal powder from entering the condenser with the steam, and keep the meal powder separation equipment in normal operation; prevent the phenomenon of flooding when the mixed oil evaporates and gas strips; once an emulsion is formed, Concentrated salt water can be added for salting out to destroy the emulsification and reduce the solvent content in the water.

  ③ Pay attention to check the waste water, the water from the water separator should be drained through the water sealing tank; if any abnormal situation is found, it should be treated in time

   4. Take away the aspect with the meal.

  ①Check the solvent content in the meal frequently, and deal with problems in time;

  ②The outlet pressure of the solvent should be checked frequently. If the pressure rises, it will cause the falling agent vapor to overflow from the meal outlet.

   5. Take the aspect with the hair oil.

  ①When the mixed oil evaporates and gas stripping, the feed should be uniform and the temperature should be stable; the heater has enough heating area.

  ②Ensure that the incoming crude oil is of good quality and does not contain meal powder, so that the equipment does not scale.

  ③Hot steam must be used for gas stripping to avoid emulsification of mixed oil.

  ④The negative pressure evaporation process is adopted. The production practice has proved that the negative pressure evaporation process saves about 30% of steam compared with the atmospheric pressure generation process. According to actual measurement, the cooling water circulation volume of atmospheric evaporation is about 30m3/t; the cooling water circulation volume of negative pressure evaporation is about 20m3/t, which can save about 30% of cooling water, and the power consumption of the cooling water circulation pump is also reduced accordingly.
