Oil press refers to a machine that squeezes grease out of oil with the help of external mechanical force. It can be divided into hydraulic oil machine, screw oil machine, new hydraulic oil press, high-efficiency fine filter oil press.

Three, the characteristics of common oil extraction raw materials

(1) Soybean

Soybean is a kind of high-quality and high-protein oil, with an oil content of 15%-26% and a protein content of 35%-45%. Soybean has become the most important vegetable oil in the world, mainly produced in the United States, Brazil, Argentina, China, India, etc., and is one of the world's main sources of edible oil and vegetable protein (edible and feed).

(2) Peanuts

Native to South America, it is an important soft oil with high oil content and shell. Peanuts contain 65%-75% kernels, 40%-51% oil in kernels and 25%-31% protein. They are one of the most important oil and protein resources.

(3) Sesame

Sesame is one of the oldest edible oils in the world and is known as the "Queen of Oils". Its characteristic candle oil content is as high as 45%-63%, and protein content is 19-31%. Sesame oil is one of the few vegetable oils that can be eaten without "extreme refining." It contains 43% oleic acid and 43% linoleic acid, which has high nutritional value. Due to the role of natural antioxidant sesamol, the chemical properties of sesame oil are stable. The small mill sesame oil prepared by the water-substitution method in my country has a strong fragrance and more distinctive features.

(4) Camellia seeds

Camellia oleifera is one of the woody oils that are special products in southern my country. It is planted in India, Vietnam, Indonesia and other countries. Camellia seeds with shell, containing 50%-72% kernel, whole seed dry base contains 30%-40% oil, kernel contains 40%-60% oil and protein 8%-9%. Camellia seed oil is a non-drying oil, contains a lot of unsaturated fatty acids, is a good medicine, nutritious edible oil.

Fourth, the maintenance and repair of the oil press

1. The pressure oil in the oil pump should be filtered, and the concentration should not be too high. It is best to use rapeseed oil, soybean oil and peanut oil. It is forbidden to use gasoline, kerosene and other flammable fuels.

2. Keep the fuel tank clean. Clean the fuel tank and replace it with new oil every 3 months or so. Impurities in the oil will wear the oil pump and cause blockage of the oil circuit, affecting the operation of the oil press.

3. The connecting pin between the handle and the oil pump should be lubricated frequently to reduce wear.

4. The oil press should be installed indoors to avoid wind and rain in the open air, causing rust and cooking oil pollution.

5. When parking for a long time, the machine should be cleaned, oiled, and covered with a protective cover.
