6. Instructions for use of single spiral soybean oil press:

(1) The single screw soybean oil press should check the lubrication after every 50 hours of work. The oil cup above the reduction box must not be short of oil. The inner bearing of the adjustment screw of the soybean oil press should be filled with butter from the adjustment screw hole every shift. Once, dry grinding is strictly prohibited.

(2) The lubricating parts of the single-screw soybean oil press should prevent dust and other impurities from intruding. The oil quality of the soybean oil press gearbox should be checked once a year. If deterioration is found, all the oil should be replaced.

(3) When the pressing capacity of the soybean oil press decreases and the cake or oil output is abnormal, the screw shaft of the soybean oil press should be drawn out, and the wear of the snails, strips, and cake rings of the soybean oil press should be checked. Worn parts should be replaced in time.

(4) After the end of each shift, the residual cake in the soybean oil press should be removed, and the dust and grease on the surface of the oil press should be wiped off.

(5) When storing for a long time after the end of the production season, a maintenance should be carried out, and the snails, strips, and cake rings of the soybean oil press should be disassembled, washed and re-oiled, and placed in a dry place.

7. Precautions for the single-screw soybean oil press when squeezing oil:

When operating the single-screw soybean oil press to squeeze oil, it is necessary to keep the feed evenly, not too much or too little, or running idling if the feed is cut off. At this time, the single spiral soybean oil press has normal load, stable operation, rhythmic sound, smooth cake output, basically no residue in the low pressure section, and a small amount of oil residue in the high pressure section, but the proportion of residue in the oil is not more than 9%. Soybean oil extraction The temperature in the press chamber can reach 150-200℃, and the green smoke from the cake outlet should be discharged from the smoking pipe through the protective cover. The hot cake squeezed out by the soybean oil press should be spread out in time, and don't rush to pile up or ship, otherwise it will cause spontaneous combustion. When the soybean oil press has a long continuous working time and the temperature of the machine is too high, cooling measures such as electric fan and blower should be adopted.
