Automatic hydraulic oil press can be divided into vertical automatic hydraulic oil press and horizontal automatic hydraulic oil press.
The structure and characteristics of the fully automatic hydraulic oil press:
1. Vertical automatic hydraulic oil press
Vertical automatic hydraulic oil press is composed of oil press and hydraulic system. The top plate and bottom plate of the press body of the vertical automatic hydraulic oil press are supported by four tie rods, and the two ends are fastened with nuts. The cake blanks are all contained between the cake plate and the top plate. The lower end of the cake plate has a middle seat, a piston, an oil cylinder and so on. In order to control the cake blank can only move up and down, four pillars and plates are installed around the cake blank, one of the support plates is movable to facilitate the loading and unloading operations of the cake. The hydraulic system of a vertical automatic hydraulic oil press mainly includes hydraulic pumps, pressure distributors (distribution valves, four-way valves, etc.), safety valves, fuel tanks, and piping systems. When the pressure oil enters the cylinder of the vertical automatic hydraulic oil press, as the piston rises, the cake plate fixed on the piston rises along with it, and the cake held between the cake plate and the top plate is fixed due to the position of the top plate. The oil is pressed out, and the oil squeezed out flows out of the oil trough through the middle seat. When the vertical automatic hydraulic oil press finishes pressing, the relevant valves are opened, and the pressure oil is returned from the press cylinder to the oil tank. At this time, the piston, the cake plate and the cakes placed on it descend together for unloading.
From the structure and working process of the above-mentioned vertical automatic hydraulic oil press, it can be seen that the characteristics of the vertical automatic hydraulic oil press are: small footprint, easy assembly; repressing by its own weight, no need for additional repressing device; Easy to operate and use.
2. Horizontal automatic hydraulic oil press
The structure of a general horizontal automatic hydraulic oil press is similar to the vertical hydraulic oil press described above, except that the entire equipment is placed horizontally. The above models, whether vertical or horizontal, generally do not require a special pressing plate during pressing, but press the pre-pressed cake with the ring and the plate together.
Features of horizontal automatic hydraulic oil press:
(1) The blocks are stacked horizontally for easy oil filtering and smooth oil flow. During the pressing process of the horizontal automatic hydraulic oil press, because the oil will not accumulate on the cake ring, it is beneficial to speed up the oil output efficiency.
(2) It is conducive to the automation of slag removal and cake unloading (such as hydraulic automatic unloading).
(3) It is easy to operate, and does not need to hit the ground when installing.
