2. Precautions and operation methods of hydraulic rapeseed oil press before pressing:

(1) Before the formal pressing, the fuel tank needs to be cleaned, and enough hydraulic oil should be added.

(2) Check whether the bolts at various parts are loose and whether the wiring of the circuit is correct, and connect the ground wire.

(3) After turning on the power, raise the automatic temperature control switch to about 70 degrees, first put a mat on the lower orifice plate in the barrel, and then add the fried oil to the barrel, and then put the mat after it is full , Put on the partition board, close the movable top, start pressing, put the reversing valve in the up position, about 6-10 minutes, you can complete.

(4) The electrical control system of the hydraulic rapeseed oil press automatically stops when the pressure gauge pointer is 50 MPa red needle, and when a small amount of oil in the barrel seeps out, the pressure gauge pointer drops to 46 MPa green needle. , The electrical control system starts automatically, the pressure rises again, there is no oil seepage from the barrel, and the oil has drained out, and the load can be unloaded.

(5) Relieve the pressure, hold the handle of the reversing valve and slowly place it in the lowering position, so that the barrel is lowered to about 100 mm from the upper top, and the reversing valve is placed in the middle empty position, and the movable upper top is pulled to take the cake.

(6) Place the reversing valve in the up position and start to rise until the face plate on the top of the piston is about 5 mm above the plane of the barrel. Leave the reversing valve in the middle of the position, remove the upper material plate and cushion, and take out the material. cake.

(7) Then put the reversing valve in the down position to make the piston descend quickly, ready to squeeze the next wave of oil.

3. Safe use and maintenance of hydraulic rapeseed oil press:

(1) When the new hydraulic rapeseed oil press is used for 1-2 months, the hydraulic oil needs to be sucked out and filtered, settled and cleaned up the oil tank, and then clean it once a year.

(2) During the production process of the hydraulic rapeseed oil press, it is strictly forbidden to drop debris into the mailbox and suck it into the pump. Lift the oil inlet valve and the steel ball. The oil pump cannot be produced without oil.

(3) In order to ensure the safety of customers in the use of electrical systems, grounding wire protection measures are required to ensure safety first.

(4) The pressure gauge is inflexible and damaged. It must be replaced with a new pressure gauge before starting production.

(5) The machine is not allowed to be overhauled during the period of high pressure and holding pressure.

(6) If the oil line is blocked, a single-edged blade and feeler gauge should be used for cleaning and scraping.

(7) During the use of the hydraulic rapeseed oil press, it is strictly forbidden to prevent overpressure use without unauthorized adjustment and dismantling! So as not to damage the machine parts and affect production.
