Screw oil press covers a large area, consumes less power, and has better oil cake quality. It is widely used in rural areas of our country. It is used to squeeze oil from oil crops such as peanuts, soybeans, cottonseed and rapeseed for food. The knowledge of its use is introduced as follows:

1. Inspection and debugging

1.1 Before the oil pump test, first add clean mechanical oil or vegetable oil to the oil tank, and press the handle up and down to see if the piston of the oil press rises. If the piston does not rise or the handle is effortless when pressing, check the valves of the fuel tank and remove the air in the pipeline.

1.2 Carry out the pressure test of the whole machine, the pressure used in the test is 1.25 times the working pressure, check that the piston extends to the main working stroke, stabilize the pressure for 15 minutes, and the pressure gauge reading must not exceed the test pressure 4 %; the entire oil circuit should have no leakage; after all pressure is removed, the pressure gauge pointer returns to the "0" position, the parts should be undamaged, the tie rods should not be significantly deformed, and the moving parts should not be stuck.

1.3 Carry out reliability test on the safety valve, adjust the safety valve to working pressure (upper left +5, lower left +1) MPa, test 5 times continuously, the needle valve opens and closes sensitively, and the pressure gauge does not read after each valve trip Should be lower than the rated working pressure.

2. Operation

2.1 According to different oils, master the squeezing temperature and water content of the cake.

2.2 When pressing, lower the lower D plate to the low position, loosen the movable tie rod nut, pull out the two movable pins, and turn the movable tie rod to one side. After the cake is loaded into the press chamber in turn, turn the movable pull rod back to the original position and fix it, first pre-press until it sees the oil, return to the piston, and load the remaining cake for formal pressing (generally hydraulic oil press can hold 20 cakes) .

2.3 Press lightly when pressing the handle during pressing, the force must be even, and no excessive force is allowed, otherwise, accidents are prone to occur.

2.4 Squeeze oils with high oil content (such as peanut kernels, rapeseed), use a low-pressure pump for the first time, and switch to a high-pressure pump after the oil is discharged.

2.5 If it is found that the pointer of the pressure gauge does not return to the zero position during work, it should be checked, repaired or replaced in time.

2.6 Open the oil return valve, the oil will automatically flow back to the oil tank, the piston will automatically fall, and the squeezer can be unloaded.

3. Maintenance

3.1 The pressure oil in the oil pump should be filtered and the concentration should not be too high. It is easy to use rapeseed oil, soybean oil and peanut oil. It is forbidden to use gasoline, kerosene and other flammable fuels.

3.2 The fuel tank should be kept clean. Clean the fuel tank and replace it with new oil every 3 months or so. Impurities in the oil will wear the oil pump and cause blockage of the oil circuit, affecting the operation of the oil press.

3.3 The connecting pin between the handle and the oil pump should be lubricated frequently to reduce wear.

3.4 The oil press should be installed indoors to avoid wind and rain in the open air, causing rust and cooking oil pollution.

3.5 When parked for a long time, the machine should be cleaned, oiled, and covered with a protective cover.
