Soybeans are low-oil crops. Normally, the oil content of soybeans is in the range of 11-20%. Under abnormal conditions, the water content is usually 13-14%. Soybeans must be selected and cleaned with a 12 mesh/inch screen before being pressed. The process flow is as follows:

1. Hot pressing: Soybeans-cleaning impurities-breaking and destroying-puffing-drying-squeezing   

Operation instructions: Soybeans are selected and removed with a 12 mesh/inch sieve to make the impurity content less than 0.1%, and then enter the rupture destroyer to rupture and destroy. The rupture and destruction process passes through 1.5 sieve holes, and then stops puffing to make the soybeans The moisture content is about 15%:

The first is to damage the cell structure so that the oil can easily flow in from the cells. The second is the granular oilseed, which has an enlarged outer area, which increases the oil output area and greatly shortens the journey of separating the oil from the embryo; enter the plate dryer Stop drying, and dry until the soybean moisture is in the range of 7-8%, and when the temperature reaches 100 to 110 degrees, it can start to enter the oil press to stop pressing. The thickness of the cake is controlled at about 1-5 mm. 


2. Cold pressing: Soybean cold pressing can stop the whole seed squeezing, so that the water content should be strictly controlled during the whole seed squeezing. Normally, it is about 8-10%, and pay attention to heating the oil press, and the temperature of the standby body rises to 80 degrees. Left and right, you can stop squeezing. Manual inspection method for high and low moisture content of soybeans during cold pressing: using incisors to bite can cut the molars into a flat shape, and there are cracks on the outside, and a slight noise is suitable; if it is flat, if it is not cracked, it is too wet. If there is a loud noise after a bite, it is too dry, and excessive conditioning water is necessary to squeeze it.


3. The results that a screw press is often used to squeeze soybeans: When using a screw press to squeeze soybeans into oil, whether cold pressing or hot pressing, due to improper operation or improper adjustment of oil moisture content, different effects will be presented.  

a. There are signs of slag running during pressing. In the screw oil press, if there are a large number of signs of running slag when squeezing oil, it is also an abnormal sign (the slag running is allowed to be up to 5%). If the amount of slag is large, it is necessary to stop the adjustment. From the perspective of the oil, the moisture content of the oil is insufficient, too dry or too wet, and there will be signs of slag. The oil is too wet, and the strips are flaky, and the cake is soft and the hand is held into a ball, flowing in the oil. There are white bubbles. If the oil is too dry, the scum residue will be powdery, the cake will turn white and the oil will not flow smoothly, and the oil gap in the press chamber should be less. That is to say, the time when the rows are installed is more important, the last row should be hammered by hand, and the screw nut should be tightened for the 100-type oil press.  

b. The oil return sign appears when the soybeans are pressed: that is, there is oil in the hopper. In the case of pressed soybeans, oil return is rarely seen, because oil return is a sign that is easily produced when squeezing oils with higher oil content. The gap between the rows is too small: (that is, the rows are tight), use cushions to adjust the gap between the rows. If the 100-type oil press, in addition to adjusting the gap between the rows, you must tighten the nut to increase the drainage Oil gap.  

c. Cake delivery is not smooth, or no cake or feed: The oil press shows signs of no feeding and no cake. If the new machine has been used for the first time, it has not been run-in and has been used improperly, (accidentally hopper The infarction is formed by the snail, the leaves are turned up and the leaves are not fed), and the oil should be adjusted when the moisture content of the oil is insufficient. If it is not the result of moisture, the new machine should be operated strictly in accordance with the imitation order for the duration of the new machine, and the feed should be slow and controlled, and the abnormal press can only be entered when the standby temperature rises above 80 degrees.
